RED KOBRAZ!!

(well, when they're done if they ever get finished)

 

OK, I have a lot to get done! Not only have a been a bit laxed with repping things (older big shootas on trukks now counted as rokkits, etc), but the models span several years... so there is a very inconsistent look (skill-wise, style-wise, every-wise). I wasn't able to complete the army in time, however it did help me get a lot of work done, so not all was lost. I did enter the Warbike mounted Warboss into the painting contest, and he won 1st place for 40K single miniature. Here's what I still hope to finish:

 

  • Warboss Mounted on warbike- DONE - update 8/9/04
  • New Tankbustas (Nob and 6 boyz, I think I can still use my ammor runts)
  • a Wartrukk
  • 9 burna boyz and one mek w/Kustom Force Field
  • 10 Trukkboyz
  • 1 Buggy DONE
  • 1 Guntrukk- DONE
  • Battlewagon in progress
  • Another Battlewagon
  • "obstacles" for the GT. These should be fun and easy enough.

 

No mean feat, I know, but I work best with deadlines, it helps me keep focus. If I can pull this off, I need to tweak existing models:

 
  • switch 'ard boy Nob's Power Claw to a big shoota (still debating whether this is a good idea)
  • switch a Trukk's big shoota to a rokkit launcha
  • add riggers to trukks that don't yet have them
  • re-do trukkboy nob's power claw
  • fix up two existing buggies (use more of the new orks models, etc), add riggers
  • re-work warbikes (re-paint, re-model gunz and riders)
  • general touch up work on vehicles, paint all bases to one color (snakebite leather)
